Stones BistroWelcome to the Stone’s Bistro Team Page. The small but highly professional team of caterers is led by Diana, part owner of the restaurant. Diana has many years experience in catering and management and leads the team in our small but efficient kitchen.

We were joined in September 2006 by Joe Healey, a third year catering Student from Thanet College who joined us from Pinkies Two where he has worked for a number of years, his youth and new ideas straight from college sources help us to keep updated, particularly with his experience of Gourmet food and his specialist area of pastries and confectionry.

All our recipes are of ouStones Bistro barr own design, some are original and others are adaptations of older recipes reworked in the Stone's manner. All of our Meat is sourced locally and is from Kentish farms, whilst our game is from Godmersham Park. our vegetables are from local suppliers and all our ingredients are bought in fresh daily.

When you place your order, your food is then cooked, nothing is precooked so any sauces or ingredients can be adapted to the individual needs of our patrons. Diana's signature dish is her very special recipe Beef Wellington, a delicacy to be experienced.

Each night the kitchen produces the nights specials which are displayed on our special board and often contain some mouth watering dishes which have to be tried to be believed.

We are very flexible in our approach to catering and can offer a service to you in your own home. If you have a special dinner party and you are too busy to prepare and oresent the cuisine yourself, why not let us quote for your evening. Imagine your guests pleasure when you can provide a gourmet meal in your own home especially for them.
